Planning the evening for a group: dates, ages, the harbour and what is already in the fare.
Reserve the Nāpali sail ↗Planning checklist
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Can everyone sail? | Not under 5, not pregnant, no mobility aids on board |
| Is there a toast? | A champagne toast at sunset is in the fare |
| What if plans change? | Free cancellation runs up to 7 days ahead for a full refund |
| Who drives? | Hotel pickup is not included; plan cars to ʻEleʻele |
Choose the date with the cancellation window in mind
Free cancellation runs up to 7 days before the sailing, so a firm headcount a week out lets you book with the refund still on offer. Inside that window the free refund no longer applies.
Booking for a group
Enter your party size on GetYourGuide and it shows the dates open for that number and the total fare in your own currency.
Check the whole party first
Children under 5, pregnant guests and anyone who needs a wheelchair or another mobility aid cannot come aboard. Settle that before you choose the sailing, not at the harbour.
A toast is already in the fare
The champagne toast and dinner come with every ticket, so a birthday or anniversary needs no extras. Ask Holo Holo Charters directly about anything beyond what the booking page lists.
Getting everyone there
Hotel pickup and drop-off are not included on the sailboat cruise. Plan cars from where you are staying on Kauaʻi to the check-in at ʻEleʻele.
Tips and drinks
Tips for the crew are extra. Drinks are covered, and each adult needs photo ID for the alcohol.
